Refund Policy

  • At Ecom Ridge, we aim to deliver exceptional services and long-term value for our clients.
  • While we strive for full satisfaction, certain conditions apply regarding refund eligibility.
  • This policy clarifies when a refund may or may not be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Discounted Offers: Services purchased under special promotions or discounted packages are not eligible for refunds.
  • Approved Designs & Requested Changes: Once the initial draft is approved or revisions have begun, refunds will not be processed.
  • Urgent Projects & Client Cancellations: Expedited projects or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond Ecom Ridge’s control are non-refundable.
  • Unresponsive Clients: If a client does not respond for more than 14 days during a project, refund eligibility is void.
  • Specific Services: Services such as social media management, SEO, web hosting, and domain registration are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refund requests (if applicable) are reviewed within 30 business days.
  • A 12% processing fee will be deducted from any approved client-initiated refund.
